Lunch:
Quizno's philly steak with no bread.
Snacks:
Sugar free pudding
South Beach bar.
Dinner
1.5 chicken breasts
1/2 cup sugar snap peas
Chocolate Chip Cookie
Milk.
And a couple diet pepsis.
